Lillywhite Property Repairs last week came up with an idea to solve an issue with some damaged flooring in a gym in an office in Jermyn Street, London. Rather than replace the whole floor, we cut out the section of damaged flooring and replaced it with a heavy-duty rubber mat that is used in gyms. This way, weights could be thrown onto the mat and would cause no further damage to the existing wooden flooring. The client was very happy with the outcome.

Job carried out for a client in Jermyn Street SW1Y. An air con unit in a meeting room had the controls in the loft space so we fitted an access panel so it could be accessed. Moved a spotlight over in line with others. Touched up and sealed. The job was done out of hours and left clean and tidy due to us protecting the whole area.
