Home Transformation

A big transformation, a little closer to home!
In Hullbridge, Essex, we undertook a personal project, renovating my own house, to create the perfect kitchen-diner space that combines practicality with modern living.
What we did:
- Removed an old conservatory and replaced it with a wooden construction (no planning permission required)
- Installed insulation, sub-floor, underfloor heating, and a brand-new roof with PGR panels
- Fully rewired with multiple sockets, USB ports and new outdoor lighting to illuminate the garden
- Bricked up a window and installed stunning 5m bi-fold doors to open up the space for summer entertaining
- Completed tiling, plastering, decorating and a high-spec kitchen installation, featuring: oven, hob, microwave, wine fridge, fridge-freezer, breakfast bar, shelving and more
-Converted the old kitchen into a new office space (photos to follow soon!)
The result? A spacious, modern kitchen-diner that’s perfect for family life and entertaining.
At Lillywhite Property Repairs, we bring the same care and attention to every project, whether it’s for a client or for ourselves.
