Insurance Repair Project

We were instructed by @conceptclaimssolutionssouthend to carry out reinstatement works following an escape of water claim. Multiple leaks under the flooring had caused significant damage across the ground floor of this property.
To minimise disruption, we arranged alternative accommodation for the residents and storage for their belongings before works began. We also support insurance claims management and work with Loss Assessors on insurance repair projects, helping coordinate the information and repair work required.

Re-screeded and replaced all flooring
Installed new skirtings, tiling and redecorated every room
Tested the heating system and repaired damaged circuits
Reinstalled the original kitchen, including the huge island requiring 6 men to lift!
Finished with resealing and a full builders’ clean
